Our dedicated team is made up of a husband, wife, and three young sons. We operate on a smaller scale with limited resources compared to big corporations. However, what we lack in scale, we make up for with plenty of love! If your experience falls short of 100% satisfaction, please inform us, and we'll go the extra mile to ensure you are fully pleased. In the unfortunate event that your items suffer damage during transport, we are more than willing to either resend your shipment or issue you a refund. Shipping Policy: At Birdy's Kitchen, we process orders on weekdays, Monday to Friday, which allows our team to enjoy weekends together. Typically, deliveries take up to 7 business days throughout Canada & the USA. However, as a tea company, logistics are managed by partners like Canada Post and UPS. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays beyond our control. If faced with prolonged shipping, please check the tracking number and contact the logistics company directly. If they cannot provide insight, we'll promptly resend your shipment and initiate an investigation to recover any losses.
